How do I access the training?

What does the training include?

The training shows you exactly how to create, launch, and run both live and automated webinars. It covers setup, funnel building, and how to turn webinars into leads and sales.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day trial for $1, so you can fully test the platform before committing. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged further. After the trial ends, your subscription will continue based on the plan you selected.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. If you’re on a monthly plan, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I cancel my annual plan early?

You can cancel your annual plan at any time. If you cancel before the end of your billing term, any applicable refund will be calculated based on the equivalent monthly rate rather than the discounted annual rate. This ensures fair usage based on the time you’ve had access to the platform.

Are there any additional costs?

Whilst there are no fixed additional costs for running unlimited webinars, credits are only used if you choose to use the AI Creator Suite to generate scripts, slides, and images.

Your plan includes 50 AI credits per month, typically enough for around 2 full webinars.

You can always upload your own content at no cost, or purchase additional credits if needed.

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are only used when generating AI assets, such as scripts, slides, and slide images.

For example:

A typical webinar may use around 20–40 credits

Your plan includes 50 credits per month

You can reduce usage by editing outputs or using placeholders

You can upload your own content at no cost

You stay in full control of how and when credits are used.

Do I have to use the system AI tools?

No.

You can create your webinars entirely manually if you prefer.

That includes:

Creating your own slides

Recording your own voiceover

Uploading your own video

The platform supports both automated and manual workflows.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you sign up:

You’ll complete a short onboarding form

Your account will be set up (usually within 2 hours)

You’ll receive a secure link to create your password

You can log in and start building your webinars immediately
